The location is amazing! Bridle Estates is surrounded by the horse pastures of Kirkland’s Bridle Trails neighborhood. But it is right next door to the Bridle Trails Shopping Center and a King County Metro bus stop. Our residents enjoy the activity at Grass Lawn Park one mile to the east and South Rose Hill Park a half-mile to the north. The campuses of Google and Microsoft are three miles away and so is Kirkland’s beautiful downtown and its waterfront parks. Access to Interstate 405, less than two miles away and Highway 520, less than six miles away, make for a quick trip into Seattle.
Bridle Estates is a small, quaint 39-unit community. Each unit comes with a private patio or deck, wood fireplace, washer/dryer and large bedroom closets with some units having walk-in closets. Each kitchen is complete with refrigerator, oven, garbage disposal and dishwasher.
Bridle Trails Shopping Center is located right next door. This makes getting necessities extra convenient with multiple retailers, including banks, grocery, drug store, post office, hardware, chiropractor, physical therapy, eateries, coffee shops, hair salon/barber, nail salon, exercise facilities, bowling alley and other select shops just a three minute walk away.
